This page explains what we collect when you leave your details, why we collect it, and how you can have it deleted.
Get2HourSite is a service of HYPERBLOCK (PRIVATE) LIMITED. The company is the data controller for the information described below and is responsible for how it is used.
What you write in the form: your mobile number (required), your shop name and your city (optional), and your email address only if you choose to add it after sending the form.
What the website records automatically: your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, and which of our pages you opened. This is standard web-server information and is used for security and to count visits.
We do not ask for and do not want your CNIC, your bank details, your card numbers or any password.
We collect it because you asked us to contact you. When you press the button and send the form, you are giving us your consent to be contacted about our website, e-commerce and marketing services. That consent is the only reason we hold your details, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Our team contacts you by phone call, WhatsApp, SMS or email to talk about a website, an online store or marketing for your business, and we keep a note of that conversation so we do not call you twice for the same thing. That is all. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not add you to any bulk messaging list.
You may have arrived here from an advertisement on Facebook or Instagram. This page contains the Meta pixel, a small piece of code that tells us that the advertisement worked - that someone opened this page and that someone sent the form. Meta Platforms, Inc. processes that signal as an independent controller under its own data policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control how your data is used for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Ads. We are an independent advertiser: this page and this service are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta.
We may use your phone number to build advertising audiences on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google - for example to show our advertisements to people similar to our customers, or to stop showing advertisements to someone who is already a customer. The number is turned into an irreversible code (hashed) inside the browser before it is sent, so the platform cannot read it: it can only check it against numbers it already has. We never receive anyone else's data back, and we never sell your number. Ask us and we take you out of these audiences.
We never sell your data and we never pass your number to another company to sell you something. Your details are handled only by our own team, and by the suppliers who run our systems for us - our server and hosting provider, our messaging and telephone providers and our email provider - who may process the data only to provide that service to us. We may also disclose data if a Pakistani authority legally requires it.
Your details are kept on our servers, protected by encryption in transit (HTTPS) and by access limited to authorised staff. We keep them for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them - whichever comes first.
Write to team@get2hoursite.pk from any address, or tell the person who calls you. There is nothing to fill in and no reason to give.
This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If that happens, write to us and we delete it immediately.
If we change how we use your data we will change this page and update the date below.
