« Bad customer service. We had kids with us, so we asked for tissues and an extra spoon for the sundae ice cream so we could share. And they denied more than 2 pieces of tissues and an extra spoon. We ordered 5 items.. This is the difference between islamabad and Rawalpindi customers services. Also indian music... felt like we are in a dhaaba. »
