« Very disappointing experience. I purchased a pair of trousers, but after trying them at home I found the size was too small. I immediately took them off and kept them in the bag. When I went to exchange them the next day, the staff claimed there was a stain and asked me to wash and iron them. I followed their instructions, but then they changed their response and asked for dry cleaning instead. H »
